Cancellation Policies

We understand that life happens and plans can change. Please read our cancellation terms carefully before booking:

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat (by July 30, 2025) are eligible for a refund, minus a $50 administrative fee and any non-refundable credit card processing fees (typically 4% of your total payment).

Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat (after July 30, 2025) are non-refundable, as retreat expenses are finalized and committed by that point.

If you’re unable to attend, your spot is fully transferable—you may send another person in your place at no additional charge. Just let us know in writing so we can update the registration.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of illness, emergencies, or unexpected changes. Because we keep our retreat group small and intimate, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.
